Arm Party
The Arm Party begins! As summer and spring approaches, I've slowly become more and more obsessed with bracelets. The best type are the ones that look homemade. Everyone, including me, pays even hundreds of dollars for that homemade, boho feel in their bracelets. You could just make your own. It's literally so easy. I'm going to be posting tons of posts on cool bracelets you can make on your own. DIY is so much more fun anyways! In the meantime, as I work on those DIY posts, here are some photos of the crazy bracelet combinations I've been wearing.

Truth is, our time spent together is the best.
I took a simple outfit (from quite a while ago, it's currently like 65 degrees in the afternoon here) and just added a bunch of necklaces to it. Really super simple. Supery Duperdy simple but, I guess I prioritize school and forget about everything else. And I mean, I've never been that adventurous of a dresser anyways.

My heart's in the cloud but, my mind brings it down
So.. September. This month and I have a love-hate relationship. I guess the fact that school has started hasn't really hit me yet. Probably because of the fact that all the work I should be doing hasn't been given to me yet (Yay?) but I know in one week I'm going to be like, why did I ever think senior year could be good. Anyways, it was really hot yesterday. But, I went to walk my dog today and it was cold. So, I don't really know what's up with that. There's really not much to say, maybe next time?

Five Things
These are five things I have been loving this week. This week has been a decent one, filled with summer, love and more. Yet, I'd like to say my week has had a little bit of a drab tone because school is about to start. I know I'd like to believe summer is endless. Like every other season, it's had its ups and downs. But, I'm glad to say, I've genuinely smiled quite a few times at the thought of one more day of sun.

Those perfect beach waves achieved with a flat iron. The body in them really is the epitome of summer. For a straight haired girl, waves really can make a difference. |

Relentless Love
Is it not the future that scares us all the most? Where we are going, with whom we are going with, and where everything will lay out in the years to come. I think one of the worst fears anyone can have is of change. So, I am saying to myself, as a piece of advice for the future, love relentlessly and love recklessly. Although there are many things that are risky in ones life, I think letting yourself fall in love is one of the riskiest.

The Look for Less- Ankle Booties
DV by Dolce Vita Bailey Desert Boots (click to purchase) $79.99
Mossimo Supply Co. Khadeja Suede Bootie in Taupe (Click to Buy) $29.99
These shoes are surprisingly similar. It freaks me out a little bit. Just because, I was planning on buying the first pair, and saw the ones below when I went errand shopping with my mother. Although I haven't bought either yet, The similarities are striking. The only difference between the two (besides slight color variations) is the heel height of the Dolce Vita pair is 1/4 of an inch taller. They're both made of suede, although quality difference will probably show. Anyways, just thought I should do a quick one of these, there are whole blogs devoted to this kind of thing (if you're interested). Blogs like www.thebudgetbabe.com are actually quite good at these kind of things if you like them.

Falling in Love
The season of spring just seems to be all about falling in love - in love with your special someone, new foods, and new trends. I mean, think about it, the trees are budding, and the birds are chirping, what about it doesn't call for a new something?
1. Tribal Prints
Theres something about the summery fun in these prints. It's something that could never be pulled off during the cold weather and mixed with black, it's kind of amazing. The contrast between brights and black sets you into an amazing mood! The tribal prints is definitely inspired by uncivilized tribes throughout other countries and gives you the feeling of a hot summer day.
